Maintain Direct Administration of GME Programs. Although UCMC has contractual obligations with affiliated hospitals, the Program remains under the direct administration of UCMC, and the educational standards for performance in the Program will be established and administered by UCMC. Notwithstanding the foregoing, at all times, all clinical care provided will be under the direction and supervision of each patient's attending physician, who is a member of the affiliated hospital's medical staff.
