Maintain On-Site Project Record Documents. Construction Manager shall implement and maintain a comprehensive project records document management program. Construction Manager shall maintain at the Project site, on a current basis: a record copy of all Trade Contracts, drawings, specifications, addenda, change orders, CCD’s, and other modifications, in good order, and drawings and specifications marked to record all changes (as- builts) made during construction on a monthly basis; shop drawings; product data; manufacturers installation instructions; operation and maintenance manuals; warranties; samples; submissions; purchases; materials; equipment; applicable handbooks (when needed); Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations; The California Uniform Building Code; other related documents and revisions which arise out of the Trade Contracts. In addition, Construction Manager shall maintain records in duplicate, of concrete pours, principal building layout lines, elevations for the bottom of footings, floor elevation levels and key site elevations and benchmarks certified by a qualified surveyor or professional engineer, if necessary. The Construction Manager shall make available all Project progress record documents to the District for review on a monthly basis. At the completion of the Project, Construction Manager shall deliver all such records to the Architect, so the Architect may complete the record of as-built drawings.

  • Audit and Inspection of Plants, Places of Business and Records (a) The State and its agents, including, but not limited to, the Connecticut Auditors of Public Accounts, Attorney General and State’s Attorney and their respective agents, may, at reasonable hours, inspect and examine all of the parts of the Contractor’s and Contractor Parties’ plants and places of business which, in any way, are related to, or involved in, the performance of this Contract.

  • Record Documents Contractor shall maintain in a safe place at the Site one record copy in hard form or electronically, as preferred by the Owner, of all Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Written Amendments, Change Orders, Work Change Directives; Field Orders, and written interpretations and clarifications in good order and annotated to show changes made during construction. These record documents together with all approved Samples and a counterpart of all approved Shop Drawings will be available to Architect for reference.

  • Project Records ‌ As further described below, Project records include but are not limited to Grantee, financial, and voucher records. All Project records must be retained for a period of three (3) years after final payment under this Grant. All Project records are subject to audit pursuant to Section P of this Grant Agreement. Upon completion of the third year of record retention, the Grantee shall submit all Project records to CARB. Hardcopy of electronic records are suitable. Acceptable forms of electronic media include hard drives, CDs, DVDs, and flash drives. Other forms of electronic media may be allowed based on prior written concurrence from CARB.

  • Notice to Proceed - Site Improvements The Recipient shall not commence, or cause to be commenced, any site improvements or other work on the Land until the Director has issued a Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and has completed any land acquisition required by the Project. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all Project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.

  • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes. No compensation shall be payable nor shall any charges be made in any form by any party for the access or inspection provided for in this Section. The City’s right of access granted under this Section shall terminate upon issuance by the City of the Redeveloper’s Certificate of Completion of Redeveloper Improvements. Notwithstanding the above, Redeveloper shall not be relieved of the provisions contained in Chapter 14.29 of the Lincoln Municipal Code regarding the use of streets for private construction purposes.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.

  • Quality control records and Documents The Contractor shall hand over a copy of all its quality control records and documents to the Authority’s Engineer before the Completion Certificate is issued pursuant to Clause 12.2. The Contractor shall submit Road Signage Plans to the Authority Engineer for approval at least 6 (six) months prior to expected completion of Project Highway.

  • Plans; Documents; Records (c) The Recipient shall retain all records (contracts, orders, invoices, bills, receipts and other documents) evidencing expenditures under the Financing until two years after the Closing Date.   • SITE VISITS AND RECORD REVIEW The Applicant shall allow authorized employees of the District, the Comptroller, the Appraisal District, and the State Auditor’s Office to have reasonable access to the Applicant’s Qualified Property and business records from the Application Review Start Date through the Final Termination Date, in order to inspect the project to determine compliance with the terms hereof or as necessary to properly appraise the Taxable Value of the Applicant’s Qualified Property.
