Maintain Security. The Borrower will fully and effectually maintain and keep the Security valid and effective at all times during the continuance of this Agreement, and it will not permit or suffer the registration of any debt, lien, privilege or Encumbrance whatsoever other than Permitted Encumbrances and the Security (including the Existing Security), whether of workmen, builders, contractors, engineers, architects or suppliers of material, on or in respect of any Property (except such liens which only affect or purport to affect a tenant’s interest in the Property), provided that the registration of any construction lien or privilege shall not be deemed to be a breach of this covenant if the Borrower shall contest same and shall if the Lender so requires, give security to the satisfaction of the Lender for the due payment of the amount claimed in respect thereof and provided further that nothing herein will require the Borrower to renew or amend financing statements filed under personal property security statutes.
Maintain Security. The Servicer, Receivables Purchaser (and any of their Affiliates as required) shall bring into effect and maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to maintain security and to prevent unauthorised or unlawful access to or processing of Cardholder Data that is Personal Data and accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to such Personal Data.
Maintain Security. The Contractor shall provide commercially reasonable security for the Deployment, provided, however, that in no event shall the level of security provided by Contractor with respect to the deployment fall below the level of security the Contractor provides for its own servers, equipment, software, data, and personnel or below the level generally accepted as industry standard.
Maintain Security. The customer must: • not make copies of security access keys and devices; • secure any lockable gate after use; and • ensure that only the customer and their guests have access to or use of those security access keys and devices for the purpose of gaining access to VA.
Maintain Security. ● Franchisee shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that the information transmitted to or from the servers of CTZAPP with respect to the services required by the Franchisee or end users are secure. ● Franchisee may empower any of its Authorized person to use the services. Franchisee must require such person to apply/follow reasonable security measures as if would have been followed by Franchisee itself. CTZAPP will not be liable for any action taken by such authorized third person on the assets deployed for the Franchisee. ● Franchisee shall document and promptly report all errors or malfunctions of the hardware/software to CTZAPP. Franchisee shall maintain a current back up copy of all programs and data. Franchisee shall ensure that all legalities as per the cyber laws and other applicable laws/ regulatory framework are fulfilled.
