Back Up Copy. Customer shall be entitled to make one copy of the Product for security and archiving purposes provided that all references to the property rights to the Software are retained.

Back Up Copy. You are permitted to make one (1) back-up or archival copy of the Software (excluding documentation) in machine readable (object code) form to support Your authorized use under this Agreement. Such copy shall be labeled "Copy for Back-Up Use Only and Not for Resale." Documentation may not be copied. All copies are the property of Telestream.
Back Up Copy. In addition to the number of copies of the Software installed and used pursuant to Section 2.1 and paid for in accordance with Section 5, Licensee may make one copy of each licensed Product per Subscription solely for back-up purposes, provided that Licensee reproduces all copyright and other proprietary notices that are on the original copy of the Software and such back-up copy is not installed or used other than for back-up and recovery purposes.
