Use of Passwords. The school is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all school passwords and is fully responsible for any actions taken in the R3 system by anyone using any school username and password. If the school has reason to believe that any school password has been discovered by a third party, the school must notify the NRMP immediately. Further, the school must notify the NRMP immediately of any unauthorized use of any school password or any other breach of security. Each school official also represents that their unique log in information to access the R3 system will not be shared with or used by any other individual to access the system.

Use of Passwords. Customer acknowledges and agrees that it is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the passwords distributed to Representatives, and agrees to notify RagingWire if it discovers that the password is lost, stolen, disclosed to an unauthorized third party, or otherwise may have been compromised. Customer shall be entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under Customer's passwords, whether or not Customer or its Authorized Users are the entity or individuals undertaking such activities.
Use of Passwords. You agree that Valley Premier Bank may act on any instructions we receive under your password. You also agree that you are bound by those instructions, regardless of whether you have authorized the instructions, and regardless of the number of signatures or authorization you require for withdrawals or transfers from your Account. If you are a business, you agree that the password security described in this Agreement sets forth security procedures for electronic fund transfers that are commercially reasonable. For payment requests from business accounts that are subject to Article 4A of the Uniform Commercial Code (“UCC 4A”), Valley Premier Bank is liable only for damages required to be paid under that law. In no event (except as may be required by law) will Valley Premier Bank be liable for any special, indirect or consequential loss, damage, costs or expense of any nature, including, without limitation, loss profits, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages. If you send the Bank an email message, the Bank will be deemed to have received it on the following business day. You should not rely on email if you need to report an unauthorized transaction from one of your accounts or if you need to stop a payment that is scheduled to occur.
Use of Passwords. Access to and use of the Site and the Services is through a combination of a Username and Password. Each Customer will choose his or her own unique Usernames and Passwords. No Customer or other person is authorized to access the Site or the Services using the Usernames and Passwords of any other Customer. Each Customer organization is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Usernames and Passwords and for controlling access and use of the Usernames and Passwords within the organization. You agree to notify Global Forwarding Enterprises LLC immediately in the event of any unauthorized use of your accounts, Usernames or Passwords.
Use of Passwords. 6.1 The Client acknowledges, represents and warrants that: 6.1.1 the Client has received a number, code or other sequence which provides access to the Services (the “Password”); 6.1.2 the Client is the sole and exclusive owner of the Password; 6.1.3 the Client is the sole and exclusive owner of any identification number, code or other sequence which allows access to the Services via computerised online service (the “ID”); 6.1.4 the Client accepts full responsibility for use and protection of the Password and the ID as well as for any Transaction occurring in an account opened, held or accessed through the ID and the Password; 6.1.5 the Client must not disclose the Password or the ID to, or for use by, any other person or Party, for any purpose; 6.1.6 the Client shall be legally bound by any electronic order entry and account access agreement with SKANESTAS upon clicking the “I Accept” button (or other similar indicia of acceptance) after entering the required Password or ID; 6.1.7 any individual who has possession of any Password or ID is the Client’s duly authorised representative, having power and authority to legally bind the Client in this manner, whether or not such usage was authorized by the Client. Such acceptance shall be deemed to be as effective as a written signature performed manually by the Client and shall be deemed to satisfy any writings requirements of any applicable law despite being written and accepted electronically. SKANESTAS’s electronically stored record of the date on which the Client accepts such an agreement shall be conclusive evidence as to the effective date. The Client shall accept and settle unreservedly all Transactions, initiated through the Services, which were carried out using its identification number; and 6.1.8 the Client shall not use any Password or ID which has been supplied to it by SKANESTAS for clearing any transaction with another broker.

Our electronically or other properly stored copy of any such agreement shall be deemed to be the true, complete, valid, authentic and enforceable copy of any such agreement. Our electronically stored record of the date on which you accept such an agreement shall be conclusive evidence as to the effective date. Except if there is obvious tampering or loss of data, you shall not contest the admissibility or enforceability of our copy of any such agreement.
Use of Passwords. The Customer is responsible for providing and administering usernames and passwords for all Users (the “Log-In Information”). Each User must have a valid username and password for the purpose of accessing The System. The Customer and its Users must keep all Log-In Information strictly confidential. Log-In Information may be used only by the assigned User and may not be shared or transferred without consent and control. The Customer agrees to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use its Users' accounts or any other breach of security. MGC will not be liable for any loss that The Customer or a User may incur as a result of someone else using Users' passwords or accounts, either with or without the applicable Users' knowledge. MGC does not guarantee the security of any information transmitted to or from The Customer or any User over the Internet, including through the use of e-mail. Access to the Internet, if employed, is The Customer’s and each User's sole responsibility and the responsibility of Internet provider(s) selected by The Customer. MGC cannot accept any responsibility for failure of service due to Internet facilities, including related telecommunications or equipment. As the System is operated a Software as a Service, MGC needs to store, use, process and access The Customers data and The Customer implicitly allows MGC to do so. Data collected via the System include but are not limited to the following: - Data directly collected through the monitoring system The Customer is aware of the sensors the System is equipped with and therefore he fully acknowledges how The System operates and the kind of data it collects. MGC cannot accept any responsibility for the content of the images, recording and other non-numerical data collected through the monitoring system. - Data Collected from Users Automatically MGC and its third-party service providers, including analytics and third party content providers, may automatically collect certain data from The Customer whenever he accesses or interact with the Service. The data collected includes the IP address or other unique device identifier for any device used to access the Service. A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned or connected to the device used to access the online portal, and servers identify The Customer’s device by its Device Identifier. In some cases, the geolocation of the device can also be provided. This data is collected through cookies. A cookie is a small data file...
