Common use of Maintenance Emergencies Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Emergencies. If there is an emergency situation such as a flood, a shower that won’t turn off, a Room door that won’t lock, etc. please call reception during office hours. If it is out of office hours, please contact Security / the Duty Manager and ask for assistance. All other requests for maintenance/repair must be submitted via a "fix-it request" by email or the online portal. If you submit a "fix-it request", you are deemed to have given Village Management, Village Staff and Village Security permission to immediately enter your Room/Flat to carry out the requested maintenance/repair. Any questions or concerns about after hours’ emergency response should be directed to the Village administration office.
