Maintenance of Benefits Contributions. As of July 1, 2017, the Employer shall contribute $5.7740 per hour for the Platinum Plan and $4.3305 per hour for the Gold Plan. The Trustees of the Benefit Fund shall adjust these Employer contribution rates as necessary to maintain throughout the duration of this Agreement the benefits and eligibility rules as in effect on July 1, 2017, and maintain the Reserves required in Paragraph 3(b).
