Common use of MAINTENANCE OF CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

MAINTENANCE OF CONDITIONS. Wages, hours, fringe benefits, terms and conditions of employment in effect at the execution of the Agreement shall, except as provided herein, be maintained during the term of this Agreement. No employee shall suffer a reduction in benefits as a consequence of execution of this Agreement unless specifically altered or reduced by the written terms of this Agreement.

MAINTENANCE OF CONDITIONS. ‌ Wages, hours, fringe benefits, terms and conditions of employment in effect at the execution of the this Agreement shall, except as provided set forth herein, be maintained during the term of this Agreement. No employee employee, while they remain employed, shall suffer a reduction in benefits as a consequence of the execution of this Agreement Agreement, unless specifically altered such reduction or reduced by the written terms of change is provided for in this Agreement.
