MAINTENANCE OF CONDITIONS. Section 1. No employee shall be unfavorably affected by the signing of this Agreement as to wages, hours, or other conditions of employment except as may be established by the terms of this Agreement. Any written rule, regulation, policy, or procedure in conflict with this Agreement shall be resolved by modification of such rule, regulation, policy, or procedure to be compatible with this Agreement. A consultation meeting, as provided in Article 8, Section 11, shall be deemed appropriate to resolve conflicts arising under this section.
