MAINTENANCE OF CONTRACT COST RECORDS. 7.16.1 The Contractor shall maintain all books, documents, papers, accounting records, and other evidence pertaining to costs incurred on the Project and used in support of its Bid and shall make such material available at all reasonable times during the period of the Contract, and for three (3) years from the date of final payment under the Contract, for inspection by the City and any reviewing agencies, and copies thereof shall be furnished upon request. The Contractor agrees that the provisions of this Subparagraph shall be included in any agreement it may make with any Subcontractor, assignee, or transferee.
