Common use of MAINTENANCE OF COST RECORDS Clause in Contracts

MAINTENANCE OF COST RECORDS. The Subgrantee shall maintain all books, documents, papers, accounting records and other evidence pertaining to costs incurred on the Project and shall make such material available at all reasonable times during the period of the agreement, and for three years from the date of final payment under the agreement, for inspection by ARC, the Concerned Funding Agencies, and if the work and services to be performed under this agreement is wholly or partially funded with federal funds, the Comptroller General of the United States, or any of their duly authorized representatives. The Subgrantee shall include the provisions of this paragraph in any subcontract executed in connection with this Project.
