Civil Rights and Nondiscrimination. Contractor shall comply with all federal and state civil rights and nondiscrimination laws, regulations, and executive orders to the extent they are applicable to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, and as amended, Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Sections 503 and 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); Executive Order 11246; the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA); the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, and Chapter 49.60 of the Revised Code of Washington, Washington’s Law Against Discrimination. These laws, regulations and executive orders are incorporated by reference herein to the extent that they are applicable to the Contract and required by law to be so incorporated. In the event of the Contractor’s noncompliance or refusal to comply with any applicable nondiscrimination laws, regulations, and executive orders, this Agreement may be rescinded, canceled, or terminated in whole or in part.

Civil Rights and Nondiscrimination. During the performance of this agreement, the Contractor shall comply with all current and future federal statutes relating to nondiscrimination.
