In the event of the Contractor’s noncompliance or refusal to comply with any applicable nondiscrimination laws, regulations, and executive orders, this Agreement may be rescinded, canceled, or terminated in whole or in part.

If Tenant transfers its obligation to another, the transferee is obligated in the same manner as Tenant. This provision obligates Tenant for the period during which the property is owned, used or possessed by Tenant and the Airport remains obligated to the Federal Aviation Administration.
