MAINTENANCE OF CREWS/HEALTH AND SAFETY COMMITTEE. 21.1 Employer-Union Safety Committee This article creates an Employer-Union Safety Committee composed of three representatives appointed by the Employer and three representatives appointed by the Union. The Committee shall meet at least once each calendar quarter or more often as agreed upon by the Committee to discuss matters concerning health and safety and to make recommendations, where possible and appropriate, to the Chief regarding such related issues.
