MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING BENEFITS. Except as provided in this MOU, wages, hours, working conditions, other terms and conditions of employment, retirement benefits, insurance benefits, leaves, vacations, holidays, and other benefits presently enjoyed by affected employees shall not be changed by virtue of entering into this MOU.
