Maintenance of Interconnection. Customer shall ensure that all of the facilities to which the Energy is delivered, or with respect to which the Storage Services are provided, hereunder remain interconnected to the electrical grid during the entire Term or Storage Services Term, as applicable, except as permitted under Section 4.5 and Section 9.
