Common use of Maintenance of Key Energy Consuming Building Systems Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Key Energy Consuming Building Systems. Project Co will: (a) maintain all key energy consuming Building Systems, including all boilers, so that each such system operates efficiently; and (b) conduct regular efficiency testing of all such systems in accordance with Good Industry Practice, and without limitation no less than once per month for the boilers, and will include the results of such testing in each Performance Monitoring Report.

Maintenance of Key Energy Consuming Building Systems. Project Co will: (a) maintain all key energy consuming Building Systems, including all boilers, so that each such system operates efficiently; and (b) conduct regular efficiency testing of all such systems in accordance with Good Industry Practice, and without limitation no less than once twice per month heating season for the boilersboilers (once at start-up and once at mid-point of the season), and will include the results of such testing in each applicable Performance Monitoring Report.
