Maintenance of Senior Status. University Lecturers and Temporary Resource Faculty (a) To maintain Senior Status for the three-year period of the contract, the Employee must receive a minimum of two satisfactory performance evaluations and one highly effective performance evaluation. (b) Should an Employee lose his/her Senior Status the following applies: The Employee will not lose his/her Senior Status salary increment; The Employee may earn the Senior Status back if over a three-year period he/she receives two highly effective and one satisfactory evaluation. The Senior Status salary increment can only be earned one time.
