Common use of MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING / APARTMENT / PROJECT Clause in Contracts

MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING / APARTMENT / PROJECT. The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the Project by the Association of Allottee upon the issuance of the completion certificate or such other certificate by whatever name called issued by the competent authority of the Project. The cost of such maintenance from the date of the Allottee taking over physical possession and/or from the Possession Date (as mentioned in 7.1 above) whichever is earlier, is payable by the Allottee for the Apartment proportionately as per the rates to be calculated on per square feet basis (of the carpet area of the Apartment) and/or in the manner as provided in this Agreement and/or as may be so decided by the Promoter and/or the Association of Allottee, as the case may be.

The Promoter Developer shall be responsible to provide for providing and maintain maintaining essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the Project by the Association of Allottee Purchaser upon the issuance of the completion certificate or such other certificate by whatever name called is issued by the competent authority of the Project. . b. The cost of such maintenance from the date of the Allottee Purchaser taking over physical possession and/or from the Possession Date (as mentioned in 7.1 above) above whichever is earlier, is payable by the Allottee Purchaser for the Apartment proportionately as per the rates to be calculated on per square feet basis (of the carpet area of the Apartment) and/or in the manner as provided in this Agreement and/or as may be so decided by the Promoter Developer and/or the Association of AllotteePurchaser, as the case may be.

MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING / APARTMENT / PROJECT. 12.1 The Owner/Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the Project by the Association association of Allottee Allottees upon the issuance of the completion certificate certificate or such other certificate certificate by whatever name called issued by the competent authority of the Project. The cost of such maintenance from the date of the Allottee Allottees taking over physical possession and/or from the Possession Date Date, (as mentioned in 7.1 8.1 above) whichever is earlier, is payable by the Allottee Allottees for the Apartment proportionately as per the rates to be calculated on per square feet basis (of the carpet area and/or corresponding super built area of the Apartment) and/or in the manner as provided in this Agreement agreement and/or as may be so decided by the Owner/Promoter and/or the Association association of AllotteeAllottees, as the case may be.
