Common use of MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING Clause in Contracts

MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING. APARTMENT/ PROJECT The Vendors/ Developer shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of the Allottee(s). The Allottee(s) shall be liable to pay proportionate cost of the generator, fire fighting equipment and electric transformer to the Vendors/ Developer. That the Vendors/ Developer shall provide Electric Transformer in the Complex and the Allottee(s) shall obtain his individual Electric connection by depositing the required Security Deposit.
