Maintenance Outages. When the circumstances warrant a Maintenance Outage, the Seller may advise the Purchaser of such circumstances and of the planned commencement and estimated duration of the Maintenance Outage. The Purchaser shall, if reasonably necessary grant the Seller the right to conduct such Maintenance Outage at a time reasonably acceptable to the Purchaser.
