Common use of Maintenance Plan Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Plan. If requested by the Lessor, the Lessee must submit to the Lessor for its approval a Lessee Maintenance Plan satisfactory to the Lessor. The plan, when approved by the Lessor, will become an exhibit to this Lease without further action, and the Lessee must comply with its terms. After consulting with the Lessee, the Lessor may make reasonable modifications to the plan from time to time to reflect changing maintenance and repair needs of the Premises.
