Maintenance Records and Contracts. Tenant shall keep and maintain at all times complete and accurate books and records regarding the maintenance and repair of the Premises, and upon the request of Landlord not to be made more than four times in any calendar year, Tenant shall furnish to Landlord within thirty (30) days of such request, copies of all maintenance and repair records for the Premises in Tenant’s possession, including any maintenance or service contracts.

Maintenance Records and Contracts. Copies of all maintenance contracts, maintenance records, service records, warranties, and reports pertaining to the roof, HVAC, elevators, plumbing, electrical system, and any other operating system of the Property. In addition, Seller shall authorize Buyer to contact Seller’s contractors and consultants and secure from them any such records or reports in the possession thereof.

  • RECORDS AND INSPECTIONS Consultant shall maintain full and accurate records with respect to all matters covered under this Agreement for a period of three years after the expiration or termination of this Agreement. City shall have the right to access and examine such records, without charge, during normal business hours. City shall further have the right to audit such records, to make transcripts therefrom and to inspect all program data, documents, proceedings, and activities.
