Maintenance Security Deposit. To secure the payment of the Maintenance Charge, at or before execution hereof, the Purchaser has deposited the amount mentioned in Schedule-P being Rs.2.50 per Square Feet of the Super Built Up Area of the Unit of the Purchaser for 12 (twelve) months hereafter referred to as the "Maintenance Security Deposit". In case the Purchaser defaults to timely pay any payment whatsoever to be made by it to the Developer, the Phase Association or the Complex Association, as the case may be:
