Common use of Maintenance Xxxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Xxxxxxx. ‌ (a) The Maintenance Xxxxxxx is a working supervisor position, and shall be required to perform maintenance and repair duties as detailed in "Appendix B" (Part II). (b) Must supply own hand tools as per "Appendix B" (Part III). Upon application and proof of purchase, the Employer shall pay for the reasonable replacement of tools, worn or damaged, through normal wear and tear, in the performance of maintenance duties for the Employer.
