MAJOR INFRACTIONS. Grounds for more serious discipline are limited to: a. Insubordination following repeated written warnings in connection with items listed under "1" above; b. Conduct which endangers the health and/or safety of the employee or other employees and/or students or members of the public; c. Falsifying and/or misrepresenting facts on District forms or records; d. Willful violations of the Education Code or other California law; e. Flagrant disobedience of or willful refusal to follow the reasonable rules, regulations and/or directives governing employment that have previously been brought to the attention of the unit member and/or that is of such a nature that it warrants serious penalty.
