The consummation of the Transaction will not result in the loss of any significant customer, potential customer or vendor of the Business.

To Shareholders’ and Seller’s knowledge, the consummation of the transaction contemplated hereby will not result in the loss of any significant customer, potential customer or vendor of the Business.
