Major Vendors and Customers. Schedule 3.16 lists each third-party licensor, developer, re-marketer, distributor and supplier of property or services to, and each licensee, end-user or customer of, the Business to whom Seller paid or billed in the aggregate $10,000 (in cash, stock, services, debt or other consideration) or more since January 1, 2007, together with, in each case, the amount paid or billed during such period. The consummation of the Transaction will not result in the loss of any significant customer, potential customer or vendor of the Business.
