Common use of Major Xxxxx Benefit Clause in Contracts

Major Xxxxx Benefit. The Company will pay this benefit if the Insured Person suffers third-degree burn (i.e. the destruction of the skin to its full depth and damage to the tissues beneath with burnt areas equal to or greater than 5% of the Insured Person’s head or 10% of the Insured Person’s total body surface area) arising from an Accident during the Journey, provided that the assessment of the xxxxx is certified by a Medical Practitioner with medical reports and full diagnosis. Such benefit can only be claimed once for each Accident during the Journey.
