MAJORITY REPRESENTATIVE INFORMATION. The District will make available, upon request by the Union, at appropriate times to the majority representative of the Teachers' Unit, for the purpose of fulfilling its function as such representative, all available and existing reports, information and statistics pertinent to the welfare of the unit's membership. In no case will the District provide information that violates an individual employee's legal right to privacy, or which is otherwise protected by law.
