Make-Ready Estimate. Verizon will provide to Licensee an estimate, on a Pole by Pole basis when requested, of the Make-Ready Charges. If a Pole by Pole estimate is requested by Licensee and Verizon expects to incur fixed costs that are not reasonably calculable on a Pole by Pole basis, Verizon will present charges on a per-job basis rather than Pole by Pole for those fixed cost charges.

Make-Ready Estimate. The Estimate shall be provided in accordance with the applicable Agreement and must be accepted, in writing, by Attaching Party prior to the commencement of any Make- Ready Work.
