Make-Ready Estimate. Verizon will provide to Licensee an estimate, on a Pole by Pole basis when requested, of the Make-Ready Charges. If a Pole by Pole estimate is requested by Licensee and Verizon expects to incur fixed costs that are not reasonably calculable on a Pole by Pole basis, Verizon will present charges on a per-job basis rather than Pole by Pole for those fixed cost charges.
Make-Ready Estimate. The Estimate shall be provided in accordance with the applicable Agreement and must be accepted, in writing, by Attaching Party prior to the commencement of any Make- Ready Work.
Make-Ready Estimate. In accordance with the Make-Ready Decision, the SPA will have forty-five (45) days from (a) the SPA’s receipt of a completed Pole Attachment application and all required fees from Municipality and (b) Municipality’s satisfaction of applicable provisions in this Agreement to send Municipality an estimate of the Make- Ready Work that is necessary to process Municipality’s Pole Attachment application. Frontier will prepare the estimate of the Make-Ready Work using a form similar to Exhibit B.
