Making Time Up. In the case of an emergency late start, the employee will be expected to make up an equivalent amount of work time prior to the last student day of the current school year. This time will be mutually agreed upon with the supervisor.

Working Time 6.1 The standard working week for full time employees is 37 hours (36 in London). This may be calculated over a period other than a week in accordance with the provisions of Part 3.
Paid Time to Working Time Full-time employees absent on approved leave, paid by the Hospital or by the Workers' Compensation Board, shall for the purposes of computing overtime pay during the work schedule in which the absence occurred, be considered as having worked their regularly scheduled hours during such leave of absence. No pyramiding shall result from the application of this provision. The foregoing shall also apply in cases of short term leaves of absence for Union business approved by the Hospital under the applicable provisions of the Collective Agreement where payment is made to the employee by the Union.
Voting Time Off If an employee's work schedule is such that it does not allow sufficient time to vote in any federal, state, or local election in which the employee is entitled to vote, the Employer shall arrange to allow sufficient time off for such voting by the employee without loss of pay.
Fair Share Fee Any teacher who is not a member of the Association may be required by the Association to contribute a fair share fee for services rendered as exclusive representative. The fair share fee for any teacher may not exceed an amount equal to the regular membership dues of the exclusive representative, less the cost of benefits financed through the dues and available only to members of the exclusive representative, but in no event shall the fee exceed 85% of the regular membership dues. The Association shall notify the business office, the Director of the Bureau of Mediation Services, and each teacher of the amount of the fair share fee, and shall certify that such fair share fee conforms to the requirements of the PELRA. A fair share fee deduction will be made for an individual teacher upon written notice by the Association to the business office that such teacher is not a member of the Association. The School Board will thereafter make deductions of the fair share fee from each paycheck occurring thirty (30) days or more subsequent to such written notice. The Association shall notify the business office in writing within ten (10) days after any teacher subject to a fair share fee deduction becomes a member of the Association, and no further fair share fee deductions for such teacher will thereafter be made. Any dispute as to the validity of the fair share fee deductions shall be solely between the Association and the individual teacher involved. The Association hereby warrants and covenants that it will defend, indemnify, and save the School Board harmless from any and all actions, suits, claims, damages, judgments and executions or other forms of liability, liquidated or unliquidated, which any person may have, or claim to have, now or in the future, arising out of or by reason of the deduction of the fair share fee provided herein.
Starting Time is the time that employees present themselves at their work- station and not the time that employees are in the amenities or in the car park.
Training Time When an employee is ordered by the County to attend training, the time spent in training shall be counted as hours worked. Training which takes place during off-duty hours with attendance voluntary is not hours worked.
TRAVELLING TIME 12.01 For the purposes of this Agreement travelling time is compensated for only in the circumstances and to the extent provided for in this Article.

Excess Travelling Time As well as the above-mentioned Fares allowance, excess travelling time is payable if the work site is beyond 50 kilometres from the workshop or registered office. Where an employee is required to travel to a job site outside the 50 kilometres from the Employer’s registered office or depot the employee will be paid the following: • A payment for time travelled in excess of the 50 kilometres with a minimum payment of a quarter of an hour. Fair Share A. Each Bargaining Unit Member, as a condition of his/her employment, on or before thirty (30) days from the date of commencement of duties or the effective date of this Agreement, whichever is later, shall join the Association or pay a fair share fee to the Association equivalent to the amount of dues uniformly required of members of the Association, including local, state and national dues.
