Management Assistance. In the event Franchisee requests Franchisor to provide extraordinary management or support services at Franchisee’s location or in Franchisee’s Territory Franchisee shall pay Franchisor’s usual fee for such extraordinary services, which shall be due and payable no later than the second date for payment of royalties following the date of the services. All such extraordinary services shall be arranged as provided in the Manual.
