Management Meeting. If such parties are unable to resolve such dispute within such three Business Day period, any of such parties may demand by written notice to the other such parties that such dispute be considered jointly by executive officers of such parties. No later than three Business Days after the date of such notice, each such party shall cause its executive officer to meet with the other such parties’ executive officers and attempt in good faith, recognizing their mutual interests, to resolve such dispute.
