Management of Access Systems and Reservations of Amenities. Management of key cards, fobs, and other access devices on behalf of the Association requires upkeep and maintenance of access systems both on site and at the corporate offices, in cases where there is no on-site office location. The association shall cover their pro-rata share of maintenance and upkeep to those systems, and subscriptions for third party vendors. Costs for upgrades to access systems and issuance of access devices shall be charged to the Association pursuant to Exhibit A.

  • Management and Control Systems Grantee will:

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • RESERVATIONS TO MANAGEMENT 3.01 The union recognizes the right of the company to hire, promote, demote, transfer, discipline, suspend or discharge any employee subject to such regulations and restrictions governing the exercise of these rights as are expressly provided in this agreement and subject to the right of the employee concerned to lodge a grievance in the manner and to the extent herein provided. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Conditions of Eft Services (a.) Ownership of Card(s).
