Management of Information. 7.1 Any Federal Department providing funding through this Agreement may have reasonable access to the Council's records and the Council will provide that access for the purpose of confirming any data which has been reported by the Council pursuant to this Agreement. 7.2 Subject to sections 7.3 and 10.3, the Federal Department will notify the Council in writing at least two (2) weeks in advance of any requirement for access to the Council's records pursuant to section 7.1. 7.3 If at any time during the term of this Agreement, a Federal Department has a reasonable belief, based on material evidence, that funds transferred under this Agreement are not being properly managed, the Council will provide the relevant Federal Department with access to its records or any Agency's records without delay.
