Storage and Safekeeping Sample Clauses

Storage and Safekeeping. Contractor shall be solely responsible for storage, handling, and safekeeping at all times of Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ tools, all equipment including Owner-Supplied Equipment, and all Materials. Contractor shall provide Site and any necessary storage security to guard against vandalism and theft to the Work, tools, all equipment including Owner-Supplied Equipment, and all Materials under Contractor’s control and care. Contractor hereby waives all Claims that pertain to the requirements of this Section.

Storage and Safekeeping. The Practitioner must ensure the safe keeping and proper preservation of Contract Material, Legal Aid Material and Legal Aid Information in its possession or control as required under the Legal Profession Act 2006 (ACT).
Storage and Safekeeping. (a) The Servicer agrees to provide or arrange for facilities for the storage and safekeeping of the Purchased Inventory. All sites at which Purchased Inventory shall be held or processed shall meet industry standards for the function or purpose of their use with respect to property subject to this Agreement. The Servicer shall arrange for the transportation of all items of Purchased Inventory as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes of this Agreement.
