Management of Personal Funds. Sponsoring Agency agrees to comply with the requirements of 14 NYCRR § 633.15 in its management of the personal funds of individuals receiving services in the Family Care Homes it sponsors and ensure that all Family Care Providers comply with personal allowance requirements applicable to them.
Management of Personal Funds. Upon written authorization of a resi- dent, the facility must hold, safeguard, manage, and account for the personal funds of the resident deposited with the facility, as specified in paragraphs (c)(3)–(8) of this section.
