Common use of Management of the Centre Clause in Contracts

Management of the Centre. The Tenant must not load or unload vehicles except on the parts of the Centre that it is permitted to use for that purpose by paragraph 2 of Part 1 of the Schedule. The Tenant must not park vehicles in the Common Parts[ except in any areas that it is permitted to use for that purpose by paragraph 8 of Part 1 of the Schedule]. The Tenant must not obstruct the Common Parts in any way or leave any goods on them. The Tenant must not deposit rubbish anywhere on the Centre except in skips or bins provided for that purpose. The Tenant must not use the Common Parts other than for the purposes designated under Clause 5.9. The Tenant must not use the Common Parts used for servicing the Premises outside the Servicing Hours. The Tenant must comply with all regulations notified to it or contained within any relevant tenant guide or handbook for the Centre published by the Landlord from time to time. No regulations may impose obligations on the Tenant that are inconsistent with the Tenant’s rights and obligations under this Lease.
