Management Personnel. 6.1 Contractor shall have a manager in charge of the performance of this contract, and shall, at the time of the execution of the contract, furnish the District the name and address of such manager and a statement that such manager shall have complete authority with respect to all matters relating to the performance of this contract. This shall include matters relating to personnel and the changes and substitutions thereof, adherence to and the changes in schedules and responsibility for the keeping of records required under the terms of the contract.
