The Hospital, except as limited or modified by the express terms of this Agreement, reserves and retains solely and exclusively all powers, rights, authority, duties and responsibilities conferred upon and vested in it by the Laws and Constitutions of the State of New Jersey and of the United States, to manage the operations of the Hospital.
