MANAGEMENT STRUCTURES. 10.1 The Company shall have a management organization that is under the leadership of the CEO, who shall be an individual nominated by the Shareholder holding the largest number of Ordinary Shares of the Company and appointed by the Board. In the event that Tianyuan is operating a CTVH Exploration Program, CTVH shall have the right to remove and nominate the CEO.
