MANAGER TO EMPLOY; INITIAL EMPLOYMENT DECISIONS. Manager shall provide all non-professional personnel to Group which Manager deems reasonable and necessary for the efficient and proper operation of Group based upon patient volume. For purposes of this Agreement, "Professional Personnel" shall mean individuals employed by Group as physicians, optometrists, chiropractors, podiatrists, nurse practitioners, nurse anesthetists, nurse midwives and physician assistants.
