Common use of Managers and Supervisors Clause in Contracts

Managers and Supervisors. Managers and Supervisors must not exceed 20% of the total trainee population in Job Number(s) 1 & 2, as shown in Exhibit A, Chart 1. Otherwise, all trainees must be "frontline workers" within the meaning of Title 22, CCR, Section 4400(ee).
