Mandatory Callback Conditions. If needed, mandatory callbacks will be conducted on the basis of inverse seniority, which is established by an employees’ initial hire date with the District. Mandatory callbacks needed in Community Relations shall come from the ranks of Community Relations Educators, Community Relations Specialist, and Community Relations Coordinators. There will be no “opt-out” clause applicable to mandatory callback events.
