Mandatory Early Out. When there are insufficient volunteers for an Early Out opportunity, the part-time employees at work in the classification will be sent home by reverse seniority and by shift. The seniority pool will be, first, those part-timers with the earliest shift start time that day by reverse seniority; and then, if necessary, those part-timers with the next shift start by reverse seniority. If there are no part-time employees then full-time employees will be sent home by shift by reverse seniority using the same pools. Affected employees will always receive the minimum call in pay regardless of Mandatory Early Out.

Mandatory Early Out. Subject to the Employer being able to maintain an adequate and qualified workforce, when there are insufficient volunteers for an Early Out opportunity, the part-time employees at work in the classification will be sent home by reverse seniority and by shift.
