Mandatory Law, Venue, and Jurisdiction. All claims or disputes arising out of or in any way related to this agreement or any Services shall be determined under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Without prejudice to a party’s right to remove an action to federal court, the exclusive and mandatory venue for any such claims or disputes shall be the federal or state courts in Los Angeles County, California, to the exclusion of all other courts. The parties agree to irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of the above courts and to waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to those courts.

Mandatory Law, Venue, and Jurisdiction. All claims or disputes arising out of or in any way related to these Brokerage Terms and Conditions of Contract or the Carriage shall be determined under the federal law of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws rules or, in the absence of such federal law, then under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Without prejudice to a party’s right to remove an action to federal court, the exclusive and mandatory venue for any such claims or disputes shall be the federal or state courts in Los Angeles County, California, to the exclusion of all other courts.   • Forum Selection, Jurisdiction, and Venue The parties agree that any lawsuit filed by either party to this Agreement related to or arising out of this Agreement or Contractor’s performance of work under this Agreement must be brought in a Georgia court of competent subject matter jurisdiction located in Chatham County, Georgia, or in a Federal court of competent subject matter jurisdiction located in the Southern District of Georgia.   • Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Venue No Waiver of Jury Trial: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Vermont. Any action or proceeding brought by either the State or the Party in connection with this Agreement shall be brought and enforced in the Superior Court of the State of Vermont, Civil Division, Washington Unit. The Party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of this court for any action or proceeding regarding this Agreement. The Party agrees that it must first exhaust any applicable administrative remedies with respect to any cause of action that it may have against the State with regard to its performance under this Agreement. Party agrees that the State shall not be required to submit to binding arbitration or waive its right to a jury trial.
