MANDATORY PRINCIPAL INSTALLMENTS. If this Debenture is not sooner redeemed or converted as provided hereunder, Borrower shall pay to Holder, commencing on February 27, 2007 and continuing on the first day of each successive month thereafter prior to maturity, mandatory principal redemption installments, each of such installments to be in the amount of Ten Dollars ($10) per One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) of the then remaining Principal Amount, and further, at maturity, Borrower shall pay to Holder a final installment of the remaining unpaid Principal Amount and all accrued and unpaid interest on this Debenture and any other charges then due under this Debenture or the Convertible Loan Agreement.

  • Payment of Final Installment The final installment of principal (whether payable by wire transfer or check) of each Note on a Payment Date, the Redemption Date or the Final Scheduled Payment Date will be payable only on presentation and surrender of the Note, subject to Section 2.7(a). The Indenture Trustee will notify each Registered Noteholder of the date the Issuer expects to pay the final installment on any of the Notes, which notice will be delivered no later than five days before that date, and the place where the Notes may be presented and surrendered for payment.

(d) Interest shall be payable in arrears on each Interest Payment Date, provided that interest accruing pursuant to paragraph (c) of this Section shall be payable from time to time on demand.

  • Aggregate Principal Amount The aggregate principal amount of the Senior Notes that may be authenticated and delivered under this First Supplemental Indenture shall be unlimited; provided that the Obligor complies with the provisions of this First Supplemental Indenture.

  • Designation and Principal Amount There is hereby authorized and established a new series of Securities under the Base Indenture designated as the “3.500% Senior Notes due 2022,” which is not limited in aggregate principal amount.
