Common use of Mandatory Prior Consultation with Advisory Board Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Prior Consultation with Advisory Board. a. Prior to making an amendment to the Policies and Procedures, CRISP will provide the Advisory Board and the Participant with a copy of the terms of the amendment in accordance with Section 23.2, stating whether the amendment is deemed Material or Non- Material, as defined below, and with a summary of the reasons for the amendment. CRISP will thereafter consult with the Advisory Board and, upon Participant’s written request, made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the foregoing information, with the Participant, about the amendment. In the event that the Advisory Board, applying the standards set forth in Section 12.03 below, disagrees with CRISP’s decision that an amendment is Material or Non-Material, the decision of the Advisory Board will govern, unless these Terms and Conditions specify that an amendment will be deemed Material or Non-Material. In addition, CRISP will give due consideration to the input of the Advisory Board as to the need for and the specific terms of the amendment, but the final decision as to the need for and/or the terms of the amendment will be made by CRISP.
