MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR LOTS. 1 & 3 This paragraph provides details of the mandatory requirements that the Supplier shall be expected to fulfil in their entirety for Lots 1 and 3, in order to fulfil the delivery requirements of this Framework Agreement. It is important that the Supplier take time to fully understand this important part of the Goods and Service delivery requirement, all of the mandatory requirements as listed below shall be required at Framework Agreement Commencement Date with the Authority.
