Mandatory Union Membership. As a condition of employment, subsequent to hiring, all employees shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union. It is understood that the Employer shall not be required to discharge or otherwise adversely affect the employment rights or status of an employee because she has been expelled or suspended from the Union.
