Mandatory Yard Trimmings Cart Collection Service Units List. 6 CITY may provide CONTRACTOR with a revised list of Service Units required to 7 have Mandatory YT Cart Collection Service. CONTRACTOR shall review the list of 8 Service Units required to have Mandatory YT Cart Collection Service and shall provide 9 the City Representative with recommendations of additions or deletions to the list based 10 on CONTRACTOR’s knowledge of the collection routes, the applicable Municipal Code 11 provisions, and safety or logistical factors. The City Representative shall review the 12 recommendations and provide CONTRACTOR with a final list of Mandatory YT Cart 13 Collection Service Units within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the 14 recommendations from CONTRACTOR. 15 During the term of this Agreement, CITY may add or delete Service Units to/from 16 the Mandatory YT Cart Collection Service program. Except in emergency situations 17 identified by the City Representative, all such additions or deletions shall become 18 effective the first day of the month immediately following the month in which CITY 19 provides notice to CONTRACTOR of the addition or deletion. If an added Service Xxxx 00 does not already have a YT Cart, CONTRACTOR shall deliver a YT Cart to the Service 21 Unit prior to the effective date of the addition. Upon the effective date of any addition, 22 CONTRACTOR shall provide Mandatory YT Cart Collection Service to the added 23 Service Unit(s). Upon the effective date of any deletion, CONTRACTOR shall provide 24 On-Street YT Collection Service or Subscription YT Cart Collection Service as specified 25 by the City Representative. The partial month service provisions of Section 19.3.3 shall 26 not apply in the case of additions or deletions under this paragraph, and 27 CONTRACTOR shall be compensated for each month based upon the service in effect 28 on the last calendar day of that month and the applicable rate in effect for that month. 29 CONTRACTOR may not add or delete Service Units to/from the Mandatory YT 30 Cart Collection Service programs until notified by the CITY in the manner set forth in the 31 preceding paragraph. When new Service Units are identified by CONTRACTOR as 32 candidates for Mandatory YT Cart Collection Service, CONTRACTOR shall submit the 33 addresses and routes to the City Representative for such service. Within 30 days, the 34 City Representative shall determine if the new Service Units are eligible for the service.

Red Hat’s Open Source Assurance Program applies only to the Red Hat JBoss Middleware Software Subscription that you purchased (such as Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform in the example above) and does not apply to Supplemental JBoss Software. JBoss xPaaS Subscriptions (defined below) are not considered Supplemental JBoss Software.   • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing ECI traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Conversion of Wholesale Services to Network Elements or Network Elements to Wholesale Services Upon request, BellSouth shall convert a wholesale service, or group of wholesale services, to the equivalent Network Element or Combination that is available to Global Dialtone pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement or convert a Network Element or Combination that is available to Global Dialtone pursuant to Section 251 of the Act and under this Agreement to an equivalent wholesale service or group of wholesale services offered by BellSouth (collectively “Conversion”). BellSouth shall charge the applicable nonrecurring switch-as-is rates for Conversions to specific Network Elements or Combinations found in Exhibit A. BellSouth shall also charge the same nonrecurring switch-as-is rates when converting from Network Elements or Combinations. Any rate change resulting from the Conversion will be effective as of the next billing cycle following BellSouth’s receipt of a complete and accurate Conversion request from Global Dialtone. A Conversion shall be considered termination for purposes of any volume and/or term commitments and/or grandfathered status between Global Dialtone and BellSouth. Any change from a wholesale service/group of wholesale services to a Network Element/Combination, or from a Network Element/Combination to a wholesale service/group of wholesale services, that requires a physical rearrangement will not be considered to be a Conversion for purposes of this Agreement. BellSouth will not require physical rearrangements if the Conversion can be completed through record changes only. Orders for Conversions will be handled in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Ordering Guidelines and Processes and CLEC Information Packages as referenced in Sections 1.13.1 and 1.13.2 below.
