Common use of Manner of Carrying Out the Services Clause in Contracts

Manner of Carrying Out the Services. 13.1 The SERVICE PROVIDER shall at all times comply with the Quality Standards, and where applicable shall maintain accreditation with the relevant Quality Standards authorisation body. To the extent that the standard of Services has not been specified in the Contract, the SERVICE PROVIDER shall agree the relevant standard of the Services with the CLIENT prior to the supply of the Services and in any event, the SERVICE PROVIDER shall perform its obligations under the Contract in accordance with the Law and Good Industry Practice.
